We do the dreaded California Highway Patrol salvage vehicle inspections. We do these weekly and can get your certificate a lot quicker than you will get your appointment. Public CHP appointments are ususally 3 months out. Get your vehicle inspected and registered in a quick and swift manner. Vehicles that require CHP inspections are 2014 and newer or any vehicle that the DMV refers.

What you need: Pictures of the car in its accident stage (Insurance loss pictures) Receipts of purchase price and all used parts used to reconstruct the car with donor vehicle’s Vin# on receipt. Title (salvage certificate) Receipts on any after market part and dealer parts. All cars must have the airbag system working properly (No seatbelt resistors) . No front window tint allowed.

Inspections are usually done every week for $80. For your convenience you may drop the vehicle off and park it in the front parking lot and drop the paperwork and vehicle keys through our door mail box slot at anytime and any day.

We will need copies of all the documents noted above one week prior to the inspection, and the originals need to be inside the vehcile at the time of the inspections. You can also take the vehicle to the Torrance CHP location at the time of the appointment and wait for the isnection to be done which usually lasts 20 minutes so that you are not without your car.
